The 6S4P-DR high-frequency high-transconductance triode has been designed for use in grounded-grid circuits of input and wide-band amplifiers.
The 6S4P-DR high-frequency triodes is are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with a nine-pin base and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.
The 6S4P-DR high-frequency triodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25C, as well as to mechanical loads: vibration loads up to 2g and multiple impact loads up to 15g.
Near equivalent to the EC86 and PC86. Military equipment. Made by Reflector plant.
