GI-21B is a high-frequency generator triode in ceramet registration with the oxide cathode of indirect incandescence and external anode, intended for generating and strengthening of high-frequency vibrations in continuous office hours and pulse-mode at anodal modulation on frequencies to 1650 Mhz in radio engineerings devices. The air cooling is used for providing of possible temperatures of shell. GI21B are completed by factory with coolers (HgAl).
